Light weight silica brick

Characters of Light weight silica brick

Lightweight silica brick is a kind of insulating refractory products which is made from silica as the main raw material with the SiO2 content not less than 91%. The main mineral composition is phosphorus quartz and cristobalite.
With dense and smooth appearance, uniform corner and edge, pure color and luster and accurate size.
It has good fireproof performance, refractoriness under load is close to dense silica brick of 1620 ºC, only a very small residual expansion, and its thermal stability is better than dense silica brick.

Features:
1) Silicon oxide is above 95%.
2) Good acid erosion resistance.
3) High softening point with temperature.
4) No shrink in burn repeatedly.
5) Temperature of refractoriness under load is above 1650
