Characters of Mullite poly light insulating brick
Mullite poly light insulating brick is a new type of refractory material in China, it can directly contact the flame with features of high refractoriness, light weight, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance,stable volume, high service temperature,high cold crushing strength, remarkable energy saving effect, etc. It is a perfect energy-saving product, the maximum service temperature is 1500ºC.
Composition:Mullite Insulating Refractory Brick is made of aluminum powder,mullite powder,kyanite, clay and other high pure raw material, which can minimize the effects of inpurity effectively. Produced by special technology, sintering at high temperature, then boundary cut off to make precise size.
Applications of Mullite poly light insulating brick
Widely used as the most perfect lining and insulating material in high temperature furnaces and kilns, this product have been widely used in many kinds of furnaces in metallurgical, mechanical,
ceramic, petrochemical industries.
Suitable for cracking furnace, hot stove, ceramic kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln, glass crucible and various electric furnace lining.
