Main characteristics of structure:
Magnetic bearing: Made from aluminum, nickel, cobalt and titanium, resisting influences of temperature, oxidation snd magnetic reduction.
Support the rotate parts, banish the vertical friction, insure meter long-life.
Upper and lower graphite bearing: Imported multiple-unit-composite material, self-lubricant, wear-resistant, malleable.
Register: High intension, fatigue resistant and self-lubricant gears, made of POM.
Upper and lower pins: High strenth stainless steel needle of high hardness, good finish and elasticity.
Voltage, current magnet core is made of good consistency of low wastage cold rolled silicon steel sheet, with complete tightened-fold full-auto-matic die cut workmanship.
Damping magnet: Made from class permanent magnetic type LNG37, two-bipolar, with aluminium alloy unitized die casting workmanship.
Base: Base is of good magnetic after effect and preciously punched of excellent quality steel sheet, which insures the coaxiality between upper and lower axial hole to be in range of 0.1mm.
Three points of adjustment, over-load, power factor, low load, affect little each other.
