Made up of Al sheet and 100% soluble lubricant (The lubricant will be melted when above 38ºC and be crystal below 38ºC).
Upon drilling, the lubricants reduce heat created by drill bit rubbing, which is useful for cooling & lubricating the drill bits.
The introduction of lubricant can decrease slipping of drill bit, which can reduce the drill bit breakage and enhance hole accuracy.
The cooling function of lubricant could reduce the rubbing between drilling bits with hole walls which will achieve longer tool life, also improve the quality of hole roughness, crack, nail and productivity.
Could supply all kinds of thickness specification and type so that match all kinds of PCB's drilling demand.
Could offer the tailor-made panel size and tool hole-drilling service as requirement, which is good for cost down and efficiency improving of PCB manufacture.
