DRI project solutions

For the areas where is lacked of electric power; We will provide coal based DRI design solutions and gas based DRI design solutions as per their resources distribution.

Iron-making project solutions:

It can be from the iron ore beneficiation, sintering, smelting and casting ingot to the final product, we will provide most optimized process design through considering of the original ore grade and customer requirement for output.

Steel-making project solutions:

It can be rolled various steel plates, steel bars, steel pipes or wire rods from the original ores, whatever the customer requires for the whole production line or up to steel billets, AE Electric will satisfy any requirement of customers.

Ferroalloy project solutions:

AE Electric perfectly solves various ferroalloy project smelting problems of ferronickel, ferromanganese, ferrochrome, ferrosilicon, ferrotungsten, silicon manganese alloy etc; Provide most optimized conveying system, power supplying system, furnace area equipment and environmental protection system in the smelting plant, and sufficiently consider the future development. We will also design most reasonable furnace burden and smelting technical process as per raw material and local resources of customers. It is ensured the project safely and operating conveniently.
