What is the efficiency?
Through the PLC control cabinet, the machine can achieve integrated control (including feeding, filtration, reverse blowing, diaphragm squeezing, automatic washing the cake and etc).
Such as the coal dewatering, one cycle of the filtering is about 45-50 min, and the one cycle of this machine with the size KMZG400-1500 can discharge 10.4 tons of coal, so the capacity of this machine can achieve 12.48 tons per hour.
For the moisture of the cake
How to make the moisture to be lowest?
We have two ways to solve it: Reverse blowing and diaphragm squeezing.
Reverse blowing
When the feeding is completed, the dry air will reach the chamber through the reverse blowing pipe, then it will take the water away through the liquidity of the air.
The last process of the filtration is diaphragm squeezing, when the high pressure air go into the membrane plate, the diaphragm will swell, squeezing the cake to be the lowest moisture content.
For the clean coal, our filter press can usually make the moisture content to be under 27%.
