Charateristics of oil filter press:

7 Automatic drip trays: Drip tray also can be added according to customer's needs and auto open & close can be controlled by PLC system

Details of the oil filter press:
Oil filter press is recessed type which has good seal condition, when air or water feed into the plate, membrane becomes inflate and can produce very high pressure to squeeze the cake, the moisture content be reduced lower. The plate has features as acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, non-toxic and has a long service life. Working temperature of this membrane plate is 0-80° C.
Various kinds of filter cloth which suit for different kinds of slurry, improving the filtering accuracy; The highest filtration accuracy can be 0.2micron.
Antiseptic treatment can be made according to the customer's requirements or the feed's pH: The frame can be covered by SS, PP material, and spray-paint treatment. Spray-paint has the best preservative effect.
The automatic hydraulic device is used for pressing and releasing the filter plate. The electrical contract pressure gauge is available to automatically maintain pressure. The operation of automatically pushing and pulling filter plate can realized by the automatic pulling plate which is driven by Integrating motor with fluid power.
Working principle of oil filter press
1. Pressing device(cylinder piston rod or screw) dribe pressing plate forward to push all media plates together till thust plate
2. Stop pressing and feed solution mixed solution mixed solid and liquid, when find liquid coming out become less, stop feeding
3. Start to make pressing plate backward
4. Separate each media plate and the cake down
