Based on market demand, our company has designed and developed this professional production line of coil mesh independently. It features low noise, high yield, energy saving and environment protection. It can produce various type of coil mesh with width from 50mm to 200mm. With high efficiency, it can produce 2-4 line of mesh at a time. And also, its operation is easy.

This production line is mainly composed of three parts: feed unit, strip punching machine and receiving unit. It also includes two speed induction-adjustment devices.

III Finished products of the Mesh out brickwork reinforcement production line

Expanded metal brickwork reinforcement is embedded in mortar joints (usually every third course) to give extra tensile strength to wall and help withstand vibration and sudden loading, or to minimize unsightly cracks due to settlement. The material is galvanized or stainless steel and normally finished in 20 meter coils.

Embedded in the normal thickness of a brickwork joint, expanded metal reinforcement reduces the detrimental effects of vibration and changes of temperature. The application gives brickwork increased resistance to tensional stresses. The brickwork reinforcement (coil mesh) assists resistance to tensile stresses where settlement occurs. Easily incorporated into mortar course, coiled for ease of handing.

Applications: concrete slabbing, roads, paving, foundations, marine work, bank strong rooms, partition slabs, concrete block work, asphalt guttering etc.

Installation: 

Fix into mortar between brick courses leaving 25mm clearance from face of brickwork. All joints require an overlap of at least 75mm. The mesh can be laid every third brickwork course for most reinforcement
