Product Description
Mine Explosion-Proof power transformer Type Mobile Substation (KBSGZY)1. Function This series mine explosion-proof type mobile substation is a mobile complete set of power
distribution and transformer device. It is applicable in underground coal mines with
explosive and dangerous gas(methane) and coal dust, and is used to change the power
supply of 10kV, 6kV into low-voltage power supply of 3450(3300)V, 1200(1140)V, 400(380)V,
which are required in the coal mine, and it also offers safety protection. It is combined with
three parts, namely, mining explosion-proof type high-voltage vacuum power distribution
device, dry type transformer for mining explosion-proof type mobile substation, mining
explosion-proof type low-voltage protective box.
2. Characteristics2.1 It realizes protection by cutting off high voltage side switch when fault like short, loss of phase, over temperature in transformer of mobile substation or fault like overload,
short circuit, electric leakage, leakafe lockout, over voltage , under voltage etc in power
distribution system happens.
2.2 Standard RS485/232 communication interface for high-low voltage switch.
2.3 Users can select high voltage load switch and low voltage vacuum feeder switch and
equip them on high or low voltage side of the transformer.
