1. General
YBF-40.5/0.69 series wind power substation is a grid-connected exported specialized electricity transformation equipment, which raise the 0.6-0.69kV generated by wind power generating unit to 35kV. It was a kind of new wind power generating product developed by our company according to the new situation of national new energy source and wind power generating market requirements. It is a desirable wind power generation matching equipment which integrated reliability, security and technology economical efficiency.

4. Features
4.1 Transformers of this product adopt the high-quality silicon steel sheet material. Its no-load loss and load loss both are more energy-saving and environmental-friendly than similar products.
4.2 High-voltage parts adopt good-quality load switch + fuse combined electrical equipments, which can protect the Transformers rapidly and reliably. And small-capacity transformer is also equipped to provide 0.4 KV electricity used for lighting and maintenance of box-type transformer and wind tower.
4.3 Good performance of heat resistance, strong ability of overload operation.
4.4 Long working life which is over 20 years.
4.5 Maintenance free: There is no need to filter oil or alter oil during working life period, the sealing parts of Transformers have the same working life with Transformers.
4.6 High protection degree: The body of wind power substation adopts double-door sealing structure. The splice place of all doors are sealed by sealing rubber strip, and dust-proof equipment are installed in the ventilation opening, which can prevent dust, rain and storm from attacking the wind power substation effectively, the protection degree reach IP54.
