Mixer tank is the necessary equipment in the flotation processing, which is mainly used in slurry mixing. It makes the ore particles in the condition of suspension to touch and mix with chemical agent completely, so as to set the stage for ore dressing.

Features of mixer tank
1. Impeller diameter and impeller speed increased, and the umbrella impeller design, enhanced the ore slurry and medicine agitating capacity.
2. Agitating capacibilities improved the cycle ability of the ore slurry and medicine has also been strengthened.
3. There is a downward pressure during umbrella impeller operation, which in turn accelerated the pumping capacity of the ore slurry, so that the ore slurry and medicine recycling capacity further strengthened.
4. There is a spray under the diversion, the ore slurry and medicine flow into it, recycling capacity further strengthened.
