Vertical glass cutting plotter
Application:
Vertical glass cutting plotter used to plot design on vinyl sticker, the machine work instead of traditional cutting plotter and hand plotting. Firstly stick the vinyl on glass, lean the glass against vertical glass cutting plotter, plot prepared graphic, tear off the spare sticker, then use defferent method, get different glass, such as sand blast glass, painting glass, acid etch glass, etc. The finished glass can be used as glass sliding door, glass partition, back ground wall and so on.
Simple processing step for art glass:
1. Sticke protect fim on glass
2. Lean the glass against vertical cutting plotter
3. Imput prepared vector graphic to software
4. The machine plot graphic on protect film
5. Tear off the part need to process by hand
6. Sandblast, paint or acid etch
7. Get glass with beautiful design.

1. Limit: Controled by magnetic, protect the machine from incorrect operation
2. Angle connector: Fram fixed by Angle connector, not welded, avoide distrotion caused by welding stress.
3. Positioning device: Fix the position of glass, simplify the positioning process, accuracy in secondary operation can be improved.
4. Y-axis use newest cantilever type sliding track structure, single belt drive, double guide rail, high power motor, more stable, more precise and faster.

Through numerous experiments and improvement, we launched to new products: Horizontal cutting plloter (knife &laser )and cutting machine, which has charateristic of handiness and durability.
