HQ 28/29 Fluorescence - Based fiber optical Real time monitoring System for switchgears
In an electric power system, switchgear is the combination of electrical disconnects switches, fuses or circuit breakers used to control, protect and isolate electrical equipment. Switchgear is used both to de-energize equipment to allow work to be done and to clear faults downstream. This type of equipment is directly linked to the reliability of the electricity supply. Oxidation, corrosion, aging and surface resistance increases thus raising the temperature which causes overheating. It also shorts the lifespan of switchgears.
HQ 28/29 Fluorescence - Based fiber optical Real time monitoring System conducts real time monitoring to precisely measure temperature readings at switchgears contact points & cable joints. From this we can enhance the life of switchgears & also prevent it from accident.
Predictive maintenance: it sounds pre warning alarms for potential problem before they happen.
Accurate temperature: As probes are very thin, these probes can detect temperatures beyond the surface area.
Low cost monitoring: it saves time by giving clear idea about abnormal temperatures and makes clear where repairs are need
Avoid potential safety hazard & accidents: It save and cost effective system
