JD-5B 2 in 1 Integrated Motor Protector
JD-5B (BHQ) 2 in 1 series of integrated motor protector (hereinafter referred to as the
protector) is applicable to the power supply circuit with AC 50HZ, and the protector works
at the rated of below 380V voltage, The protector and AC contactor or other switches form
a motor control circuit. When the main circuit of motor generates phase failure, overload
and other non normal working state, the protector will timely break switch contacts,
disconnect three-phase power supply off for the motor to make fast and reliable protection
for the motor.
The JD-5 Protector adopts a new linear sampling and tuning patent technology, realizes
the potentiometer adjustment linearization, Its tunning rated current can be directly set
according to the rated current on the motor nameplate calibration value. We use intelligent
multi-section inverse time protection technology which is under the current ratio control .
Since the inverse time has excellent performance for continuously adjustable technology,
which makes the protector adapt to all kinds of motors whatever they are light load starting
type or heavy load starting type .
JD-5 series of protectors perform Q/ZXL0083 enterprise protection standards, and meet
the requirements ofGB14048.4 and GB14048.5 standards.
