Product Description
It is applicable for plastics-plastics, paper-plastics and stiff-plastic packing by the way of vacuumizing, gas-filling and skin packaging, suitable for a variety of foods, meat products, seafood products, fruits and vegetables, frozen meats, medical apparatus and instruments, hypodermic needles and infusion apparatus.
Characteristics:
1. Mitsubishi Servomotor, Touch screen and PLC control system make operating and adjusting easily.
2. Photoelectric follow-up: Color cover film or optical film can be used for packaging, reduce cost and upgrade the products.
3. With assembling moulds, they can be replaced easily and can be used on several machines. The mould is equipped with a cooling system.
4. An automatic code printing system can be equipped as per user's requirements for product packaging.
5. According to user's requirements for product packaging, nitrogen or other protective gases can be filled into the package after vacuuming.
6. With a world first-class vacuum pump made in Germany, advantages include high degree of vacuum, steady quality and good durability.
7. With clamping chains imported from Germany, this machine is applicable for stretch shaping of soft films, hard films and semi-hard films with different thickness.
