Introduction:
SGF type tube filling and sealing machine is based on introducing and digesting foreign advanced technology, applied in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, daily chemical, paint, adhesives and other industries. SGF tube filling and sealing machine can shape viscous fluid or paste, semi-solid material into cylindrical metal tube, plastic tube or composite tube in a predetermined sequence, in a conventional or specific requirement, and make the sealing.
Basic working process:
Connect the tube to be filled neatly placed in the tube chamber, at the same time, take the prepared ointment manually or automatically injection into barrel. Automatic insert into tube cup after finishing the queue by the automatic tube feeding device, tube cup stays at the different station with the rotate of the rotary disk, positioning by tube color code; Inside cleaning; Filling the ointment into the tube which is intermittent stayed at the filling station by plunger type quantitative filling valve which is connected with the barrel; Heat the tail of the composite tube or fold the tail of the aluminum tube; With the rotate of the rotary disk, take the filled tube to different sealing station, sealed according to the designed type; Print; Forming; The finished tube discharge.
