Product Description
The machine can be used for rapid cutting molding of various rubber and silica gel washers, ring-shaped or cylindrical products.
By use mold changing tool, it can remanufacture the product with recatangular cross-section made by single-cavity mold or multi-cavity mold(like washer) into cylindrical product with one cavity for one mold.
This product, being used for isometric cutting molding, can significantly improve efficiency(save the multi-cavity filling materials and trimming man-hour so as to free the labor) and product precision(due to difference of multi-cavities and product difference caused by mold aging).
With the cutting operation precision of 0.01mm, reset precision of 0.01mm, product error of 0.03mm. So guarantee the high finish degree of cutting surface. This machine can greatly save the multi-cavity scrap eage.
