Product Description
SC1184 is one component neutral RTV curing, special for various stone materials assembly, curtain wall etc weather resistance silicone sealant.
Features

Usage
1. Dry hanging stone (marble, granite) curtain wall engineering weather resistant sealing;
2. For caulk sealing of stone and other materials;
3. Tunnel and road works engineering concrete expansion joint sealing, ceramic engineering bonding and caulk sealing;
4. Other types of construction and industrial sealing.
Operation
Clean before operation
Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.
Direction of operation
1. Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun
2. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size
2. Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle
3. Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength
Attention of operation
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face Protection. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.
Tips
Can't be used as a structural bonding assembly;
Can't be used to all the leaking oil, plasticizer, or solvent surfaces;
Can't be used in closed space or can't direct contact with the surface of food or drinking water;
Can't be used for bonding the material with Copper or copper alloy
