Product Description
Non-invasive Handheld Ultrasonic Flow Meter (A+E 80FB)
With a weight of about 600g, the 80FB is a very light ultrasonic flow meter which can be carried in one hand. This makes it an ideal instrument for the use in confined spaces. The device applies transmit-time measurement technology. This enables the meter to provide highly accurate and reliable data for almost any kind of liquid regardless of its electric conductivity.
The 80FB is a battery operated ultrasonic flow meter employing clamp-on sensors for the measurement of liquids in full, enclosed pipes. Flow measurements can be undertaken without interruption of the process or interference with the integrity of the pipeline. The clamp-on sensors are attached to the outside of the pipes.
In combination with a data logger, the ultrasonic flow meter enables the user to download and visualize the data on a computer after the measurement or in real-time using the embedded terminal function. The data can be transferred via RS485 or USB.
