System overview
HDS-9864A Online coal analyzer uses 241Am(60keV) as the γ Source of low energy, and it uses 137Cs(662keV) as the γ Source of medium energy. After the γ Beam of two energies transmitted the coal, the equipment uses scintillation detector and special nuclear detector to test the counting rate of two γ Ray which have transmitted coal seams. Then use computer to analyze and count two of the strength change γ Count rate, and you could get the ash content of measured coal flow in real time. 9864A online coal analyzer widely used in the coal quality detection of coking plant, power plant, cement plant. And it also used in ash content detection in different process of coal preparation plant.
System performance
1. Ash measuring accuracy: If it is the clean coal of dense medium coal preparation process (ash content smaller than 15%), the measurement precision is better than 0.5%. If the ash content is between 15% and 30%, the measurement is better than 1.0%. If the ash content is bigger than 30%, the measurement precision is better than 1.5%. The speed of conveyor belt is smaller than 5 meters per second.
2. The requirements of measured coal flow: The mass thickness of measured coal flow which on the conveyor belt should bigger than 2.5g/cm3; The speed of conveyor belt: It is smaller than 5 meters per second; The range of particle size: Smaller than 200mm.
3. The moisture influence: If the moisture changes 1%, the moisture measurement generally change 0.05% to 0.1% (it is related to coal type).
4. Stability: It could continuous measure standard block. You could select any data of eight hours, and you could find the largest deviation between any ten minutes ash content and average value is smaller than 0.5%.
System parameters
1. The same interface could display the ash content value of one minute, ten minutes, one hour. It also could provide the ash value of ten minutes, one hours, day, month and year. And it could query average value in any interval segment.
2. The equipment could display and query the cumulative weight of the tested coal flow.
3. With two roads 4 - 20mA isolation output signal, the equipment could display the multiple ash information. And it could display the timely ash data to operator.
4. Automatic constant temperature: The system software could monitor the temperature changes of probe internal in time. And according to the stated target temperature the equipment could automatic control temperature (the accuracy of control is 0.2 degree);
5. With two roads 4 - 20mA signal isolation output, the equipment has reserved data processing interface for moisture content and calorific value information. According to the belt running status and belt coal flow situation, the system software interface could automatically determine the working condition.
6. The equipment could realize the data communication with factory set control system, it could upload the related information to the monitoring management, and also it could view the timely monitoring information by network.
7. The software could generate various rich data curve, printing various reports.
8. The equipment has the functions of ash parameters automatic calibration.
9. It could measure the multiple type coal and store multiple data model on same equipment.
