Product Description
YF-700 series, comprising of aqueous acrylics, pigments, polysoap,multifunctional organic amine, alcohol, water and accessories ingredients, fulfills the applications of gravure print of cigarette inner wraps and filter tipping paper,self-adhesive labels, bottle labels, paper racks, paper cups, ice cream wraps, etc.

Print Conditions:
Viscosity:4# Zahn Cup (25ºC) 8-15;
PH between 8.5-9.8;
Gravure plate lines between 90 and 110(LPI), depth between 28μm and 35μm;
Hot air blow or IR dryer, temperature between 70ºC and 95ºC;
Dilution: alcohol : water = 1 : 1 ± 0.03~0.05 (by weight);
Consumption at an average between 4g/m2 and 8g/m2;

Notice:
Well whisked and stored before use, 20±5ºC, keep from freezing
Mixture with other inks of different brands forbidden, old inks can be mixed with the new only after filter;
Water amount is very important, too much water may cause foam or mist in graphic of print;
Cleanup is a must after a long interval when machine stops;
High temperature or exposure to sunlight is forbidden, warranty term is ONE year.
