Recommendations
Stir before use
Only use UV formulation auxiliary products (thinners, cleaners, etc.)
Use anilox and screened area configurations compatible with the print job.
May be laminated and varnished (UV, nitrocellulose, acrylic). Do not laminate or varnish over the following Luxon inks: Rhodamine, Purple. Use Light Fast Luxon inks.
In the case of synthetic substrates, check the surface has been properly treated (minimum surface tension: 38 dynes/cm).
To improve the rub resistance, use wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry UV varnish.
In the case of laser overprinting, it is recommended to print 50 % half tones rather than solid print areas and also to avoid the use of Rhodamine or Purple, which have poor heat resistance
To obtain pastel shades, add maximum 15% of Opaque White and make up with Transparent White
Do not use Opaque White when printing on thermal paper
Check the compatiblity of the ink / substrate / packaged goods.
Store the ink in its original, sealed container in a dark place at a temperature between 5 and 30°C. Use within 12 months.
