Product Description
Trasit-time (time of travel) ultrasonic flow meter with clamp-on and insertion type sensors (transducers) at the most affordable prices in the world.
It comes in various configurations such as hand held, portable, wall mount and panel mount and explosion-proof enclosure.
Its proven accuracy and reliability makes it our flagship flow meter amoung other meters we are supplying to our customers from all over the world.
The technical specifications are as follows. The media that can be measured are water, brine and other clean liquids with suspended solids below 10, 000 ppm(mg/l) and low content of entrained air bubbles with temperature between -20~100 deg c(the medium should be free from ice in low temperature).
The pipe materials that can be measured are steel, stainless steel, cast iron, plastics, concrete, etc. With the inside diameter between 15 and 6, 000mm.
The velocity range of the fluid is between 0 and 16 M/S.
The flow computer can operate at the environment of temperature between -20 ~ 40 deg c and humidity of 85% rh max. The transducers can operate on the fluid temperature between -20 and 80 deg c and under humidity of 98% rh max. (able to operate in water in 2m depth max. ).
It has a display of alphanumeric 2 x 20 LCD with backlight that displays various measured data and parameters in various units.
It operates on 110/220 vac or 24 vdc power and it can output various signals including 4-20ma, frequency, relay, rs-232, rs-485, etc.
