The trainer uses Passat 1.8T engine, clutch and manual transmission. The engine, turbo compressor, clutch and manual transmission are sectioned partly. And the anatomic accessories are differentiated by using different parts. The engine can be driven by electrical motor and it can fully demonstrate the working principle and the mechanical structure of the engine's spare parts. It is suitable for the academies in teaching the vehicle maintenance.

Functions:
1. This product is the most direct and effective teaching system for power system inner structure teaching, troubleshooting, regular maintenance and maintenance training.
2. By using the sectioned structure and with the engine run by the 220V AC motor makes the students get to know more easily about the power transmission system's mechanical structure and working processes.
3. Engine type: Front drive, four stoke, four cylinder, water-cooled, in-line, 2000cc, SOHC, electronic control. The crank shaft, piston, valve, intake and exhaust system, cooling system, fuel system, starting system, ignition system, the air conditioning compressor are using the sectional parts.
4. The bottom part of the bench is welded by steel, with its surface handled by painting and with self locking caster devices.
