Passat B5 ABS braking system training workbench
1. Introduction
The training platform based on Passat B5 ABS braking system, with complete accessories, all parts are original parts, production quality management according to requirement of ISO9001: 2008 standards. Motor drive can complete shifting gear ans testing which to truly response the working process of ABS braking system. Suitable for ABS brake system construction, working principle, setting fault and troubleshooting of middle and advanced vocational and technical schools and training institutions.
2. Basic Configuration
Vacuum booster pump assembly, ABS control unit, wheel speed sensors, pressure gauges (6), training panel, diagnostic seat, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinders, brake discs, brake pedal, three asynchronous motor, inverter, leakage protector and mobile workbench, ignition switch, ignition key, power switch, relay and fuse box, DC12V power supply, manual, training guide book and other components.
3. Features
1. Based on original ABS braking system, working properly, shows the structure and working principle of ABS braking system
2. Simulating ABS work principle and driving condition when moving and emergency braking, to show oil pressure change by LED, trace rotating brake disc, to feel playing the foot pedal
3. The training sets are equipped with electronically controlled automatic transmission system colored schematics and detection terminal, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments. For example, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc;
4. Multi-plate clutch connected to the brake disc and the motor output shaft, to complete wheel brake differential
5. LED digital meter can show the brake master cylinder and the brake cylinder pressure changes in real time
6. The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general- auto decoders, electronically controlled automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read the data stream and other diagnostic functions;
7. Fault setting and assessment system ( see fault setting and assessment function description);
8. Training sets rotational positions are equipped with safety shields to avoid security risk;
9. Mobile device with locking casters which easy to move and facilitate to teach.
