Features:
1, A new type strong stone adhesive, applied to all kinds of low water-absorption stone materials like large-sized artificial stones, culture stones and natural stones.

Application:
1, The adhesive for the cement plaster, brick and smooth cement surface.
2, The adhesive for low water-absorption surface and light weight board, like Eterpan, Pine Board and gypsum board.
Surface Treatment:
The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, no concrete curing agent, no release agent, no dirt and other loose materials.
Operation Process:
1, The ratio: PB-03: water=3.3: 1 (20kg powder, about 6kg water). Stirring them into uniform and no-powder paste, put it aside for ten minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.
2, Using a tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1,then push the stone above it.
3, For the tile or stone material with deep ditch, not only scrape the surface, but also the backside of the tile or stone.
Normal Amount:
Coverage areas differ according to the circumstance:
1, Using 3×3mm tooth scraper about 1.8kg/;
2, Using 6×6mm tooth scraper about 3kg/;
3, Using 10×10mm tooth scraper about 4.8kg/;
Note: The amount is related to the smoothness, vertical rate, and thickness of the stone material.
Cautions:
1, Make sure the smoothness and vertical rate of the surface before operation..
2, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.
3, Check the mortar layer of the back side, make sure it have no cavitation.
4, Can not be walked on or filled the crack unless 24hafter finished.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
