Features:
PB-106 is a kind of synthetic rubber latex, mixing premixed graded fine sand, special additives and synthetic resin to form a high viscosity achieve, which can be used in all kinds of construction surface. PB-106 can also be mixed with sand and cement. The adhesive can harden without obvious shrinkage. It will not slip off when pasting a heavy ceramic tile in the vertical surface.

Application Scope:
Emulsion and powder or cement mixed with sand used in:
1, Stickup ceramic tile, stone and mosaic on all sorts of wall, ground.
2, Stickup all kinds of nature stone inside and outside.
3, After emulsion mixed with cement mortar,scraping a thin layer when operating.

Typical Applications:
1, Bond glass Mosaic, quarry tile and brick in the swimming pool.
2, Bond glass Mosaic, quarry tile and brick on the outdoor wall, platforms and the balcony.
3, Bond all kinds of ceramic tile in which in need to specific places where chemical resistance such as dairy, brewery, wine cellar, food and chemical industry.

Suggested Use:
Cannot be used in the following situations:
1, Never can be used on the wall or ground with severe deformation and vibration.
2, Unstable concrete or fabrication without adequate maintenance.
3, Metal surface.

Operation Process:
1, Substrate Preparation:
1) The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, or other loose materials.
2) The cement surface should not be shrinking after pasting the ceramic tile.
3) Each 1cm-thick plastering should be maintained at least 1 week.
4) Cooling the substrate when it is too hot.

2, Application of Adhesive:
1) Use a notched trowel to paste the adhesive. The general principle of choosing a correct trowel is that the coverage in the interior wall and lightloading area is at least 65~70%, while 100% in the exterior wall and overloading area.
2) Paste one layer on the surface with the flat surface of the trowel to reach a high-bond-strength effect, then choose the size of the notched trowel according to the size and type of the ceramic tile.

In demanding situations, such as the 300×300mm ceramic tile in exterior wall, ground, swimming pool and pool, and the ground which is overloading or need to be polished, should paste the adhesive evenly on the back of the ceramic tile(dorsal division).

3, Lay-up Ceramic tile:
1) No need to wet the ceramic tile and stone before laying, unless there is much dust on the back of the ceramic tile.
2) In order to maintain a good contact with adhesive, the ceramic tile should be pressed hard in place.
3) Recommend against wetting the adhesive when it is peeling, or it will form a nonstick film instead of dissolving.
4) If necessary, the seam should be adjusted within 60 minutes after laying bricks.
5) It can not be washed or in the rain within 24 hours after laying bricks, and avoid placing in cold or exposed situation for 5 ~ 7 days.

4, Jointing:
1) Fill the wall seam with Pinbang special cement base or epoxy grout 4~8 hours after finished laying, while fill the floor seam 24 hours after finished laying. And there are many kinds of color can be choosed.
2) Use Pinbang grout to fill the crack.
3) Available for walking: about 24 hours after laying.
4) Available for using: the surface can be used about 14 days later while the swimming pool 21 days later.

5, Cleaning:
Tools can be cleaned with plenty of water before the PB-106 Super Tile Adhesive (C2 standard) dried, or the cleaning will be difficult, but it still can be cleaned with Pinbang cleaner.
