Ink characteristics:
Bright-colored,high concentration of color.
Excellent brightness ,strong adhesion.
Scratch resistence is good,but also bright and smooth touch.

The dilution ratio of ink:
The ratio of dilution agent.
Ink amount:dilution agent amount=10:3~5 or according to viscometer machine.
We make suggestions to evaluate the undertaking the printing of base material quality and complexion ,then the guarantee of printing effect and adhesion.
Keeping ink in place of ideal temperature on 10ºC-30ºC,also dry and good ventilation.
Before using ink should be mixed sufficiently ,and keep on dry,good ventilation place when ink dilute ,the amount of dilution should be mesured according to printing speed ,If dilution exceed.after dry up ,appear with thin-color ,brightness color ,weaken non-scratch and wear-resisting.
To reduce of the density of color should add the suitable quantity of diluent (clear gloss ink).
If buying the single or complex solvent outside market ,the purity and proportioning don't know clearly,and then after use that one,appear a lot of problems .For example ,the disolvation ,remaining of smell,so,to insure the quality ,we recommend to use our company's standard solvent .In cold winter season,the ink change ice-forming,but also the condition of fluidity is not good, in those case,could recover with hot water or steam immediately ,please don't heat with fire directly to avoid safely accident.
