Application:
This ink is PVC coincident system product with organic solvent.High quality pigment and special additive,fine,subtly rubbing,disper,after be composed,suitable for engraving roll print process,mainly applicable for soft material PVC,half soft PVC base materail,For example for PVC wall paper,table cloth,PVC synthetic leather.

Attention and characteristic use:
PVC material in very complicated and many kinds,also PVC material keep with unfair place,Therefore you perform your own quality and or identification checks on receipt.The speed of solvent volatility and desolvation power are influenced quality control,also we recommend to use dilution agent with good quality and must be correct dilution ratio .The place of printing must be not high temperature and humidity too high ,because the influenced for adhesion .The printing material must be dried sufficiency to protect adhibit when rolling up.
Accomplished product don't pile up to much and don't press down too heavy ,Because may adheze with high pressure .If the concentration of ink is high density,please add golden oil and dilute,no add only solvent absolutely because may be influenced to adhesion and brightness of product .Required (for example swell up or joint material each other )need understand and choice the suitable ink according to standard ,but also when prepare and arrange color is same situation,If not,may change color.The ink are coincident system product ,Keeping a long period of time may change to gelatin ,viscosity grow up ,therefore the stability of ink change quality (generally winter time )so we urge to recommend to use within limited times .Before using ,please make consultation with our factory's technician.
