Product Description
Application: For the mixing of battery paste, medicine cream, cosmetic cream, paste food, electronics solder paste and other paste materials.
This equipment is consist of the beam, the plane seat, square column, lifting mechanism, lifts and linear track, top tank, mixing tank, vacuum pump, buffer tank, transmission system, and electric control cabinet and other operating panel.
Mixing tank: Tank inside size: 400mm * 350mm (design capacity: 50L; Working volume: 30L).
The tank body jacket, inside & outside guts, Jacketed deflector, Jacket for the bottom tank all adopt 304 # stainless steel. Bottom tank pulley 4PCS. Tank body is with a handle.
The Jacketed deflector has been treated turning to ensure evenly materials cooling effect. The tank inside guts surface and the flange face aftering turning to ensure the gap between the tube wall and the cage be 2-3mm, thus all materials can be fully mixed.
Mixing cage: There are two specially designed stainless steel precision casting curve modeling stir cage, the cage between the two mixing regions staggered rotation, driven by the double planetary transmission, both with two planetary gear cage stirred for 0-50RPM's speed for the revolution, while their speed 0-100RPM for the rotation, so that the barrel material is fully mixed.
Top tank: The top tank adopt 304 stainless steel which is a component of the sealed chamber. In which there is a vacuum hose and vacuum pressure, lighting window and observation window.
