Product Description

2.Basic Characteristic:

1. Single station, accumulator type Die Head, 90mm screw, 35kw motor, PE / PP etc.

2. Max capacity: 30L (single cavity)

3. Output: 19L(900gram)---100pcs BPH

3. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's requirement)

Basic configuration:

1. Screw: specially designed based on material's trait, High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥800,brittleness≤2.

2. Barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2.

3. Drive mode: inverter + hard gear surface decelerator.

4. Temperature controlling: automatic temperature control model.

5. Mode of cooling: adopt water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones.

6. Die head system: The melting plastic out of the extrusion system is divided through the core parts of die head, distributed by the die head channel to become several peach shaped sections.

7. Clamping system: fixed clamping system, double tie bar single cylinder clamping wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the mould easily, linear roll guide rail.

8. PLC and HMI: Adopt PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; adopt HMI for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently.

9. Extrusion motor: with the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation.

3.Basic working theory:

This kind machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, hydraulic operated, adopting two pull-rod type closing-mould by rack and pinion system. The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of moulds. Moreover, adopts accumulator die head, with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface, resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejiection.

According to the products,equipped with MOOG 100points standard parison controller, resulting high precision of parison thickness control. (Optional)

6.Business Items:

a. Delivery Date: After receive the deposit 45 days later

7. Some clauses for after-sale service

1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.

TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $80 per day salary.
 
2. User Training
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
 
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
