1. Features
Special treated screw and barrel for HKY20;
Suitable material: Powder or small pellet;
Movable.

2. Main extruder:
A. Screw element diameter: Φ 21.7mm, L/D=40, suitable for various polymer modification and reaction extrusion;
B. Screw element and spline shaft adopts involute to connect, of high transfer torque and easy to assembly;
C. Main motor is 4kw AC motor, with YASKAWA frequency inverter; Spline shaft rotating speed is 50-600rpm;
D. Barrel and screw element adopt high quality nitride steel, the combination of different type of screw element can be used for different material processing;
E. Barrel heating system is electric heater. No. 2 barrel and the extrusion head are cast copper heaters, the rest are cast aluminium heaters, heating power is about 6.6kw.
F. No. 1 barrel: Feeding barrel(L/D=4); No. 2-4 barrel: Standard barrels(L/D=8 for each); No. 5 barrel: Standard barrel(L/D=4), No. 6 barrel: Vacuum exhaust barrel(L/D=8);
G. Use embedded screen exchanger, simple and effective;
H. The gearbox combines speed reduction section with distribution section, with parallel triple axle design, all bearings are SKF brand except one set of thrust bearing;
I. Barrel cooling system use soft water cool. Motor power 0.2kw; Oil lubrication system is oil immersed type;
J. Vacuum exhaust system: Water ring vacuum pump; Motor 0.37kw;
K. The main extruder base is equipped with fixed support and movable casters, convenient for the extruder to move
