Product Description
The head part and the bed piece of the pipe bender adopt reinforcing design. The internal stress can be eliminated by annealing. The strength and rigidity of the pipe bender is guaranteed; Prevent it from permanent distortion
The main axis of the pipe bender and transmission chainwheel are casted, processed, hopped together so that the pipe is bent under a uniform stress. The design of double hydra-cylinder can make the pipe reset quickly. What's more, the design of throttle buffer near the beginning point and ending point largely improves resetting and bending precision and working efficiency. The clamping system adopts the design of sinking four connecting rod which lifts and reinforce the clamping process. This structure makes loading and unloading easier and space bending.
