Pneumatic grease kits description:
Pneumatic grease kits is a mobile grease pump with 13kg wheel-mounted tank. It is always ready for use and enables easy greasing at high pressure on any motor vehicle or machinery. The seamless pressed tank offers maximum guarantee of adherence and functionality of follower plate.
It is an air supply device and controlled by pneumatic component which is steady, effective and widely supplied.
Pneumatic grease kits equipped with:
- air-operated pump for grease, ratio 50: 1
- nipples connection
- turnable grease gun
- delivery hose 1/ 4 inch and 4 m length
- follower plate which can be applied to a standard drum, if there is an anomalistic one you should illuminate other way.
Pneumatic grease kits applications:
1. it can be applied to bulk grease;
2. it can delivery the 0#~3#grease fluently;
3. Use for lubrication system and grease diffluence set.
4. For dispensing grease of both short and long distance at high pressure.
