Pneumatic lubricant injector Introduction:
Pneumatic lubricant injector is an ideal combination for dispensing oil in any workplace. It is a new liquid suction device, configuration of high-quality pneumatic piston pump, digital metering gun, a handy hose reel with 10 m of hose and an very easy to handle trolley with brake wheel and hooks for stowing accessories; Uses compressed air as the driving force to promote piston pump reciprocating motion to drive the tip, thus to fill and transport a variety of liquid. It is the preferred filling equipment for auto repair shop, auto 4s station, quick lube service centers, production lines and other areas.
Pneumatic lubricant injector Operations Guide:
1) Put the oil pump inlet into the tanks, and fix the pump by retaining nut.
2) Connect the compressed air. This time, adjust the pressure regulator to display in 0.6-0.8Mpa.
3) Set the reading to zero through press the clear button on the electronic flow meter.
4) Open ball valve of pump and press the handle of refueling gun to start working while aligned oiling port.
5) Close ball valve of pump and release the handle of refueling gun to stop working while flow meter readings reach the required amount.
