Polymer Superior Mortar
Use
A05 polymer superior mortar is environmental, dry-mixed, waterproofing. It is with superior adhesion, heat-resistance, melt-resistance, good water-retaining, low contractivity, no bubbles and without the phenomenon of lime efflorescence. A05 is also can be instead of dry-hanging of marbles. This product's adjusting time is longer so that it is good for big scale construction as to reduce working time. A05 can be used both on damp surface and marble surface. If damp-sticking, scrape A05 once on the surface as waterproofing coating, then stick the stones. Just one procedure can make waterproof and adhesion achieved.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease,
Wax, curing compounds and any other loose or contaminating materials.
Stir and mix
Add clean water to a bucket, then slowly add sandstone powder to the water. Stir the mix with electrical drill-mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mix to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Re-stir then use the sandstone adhesive.
The mixing ratio is 25 kg powder to 7 liters of water.
Application
Scrape the mixing (thickness is about 3mm) on the surface with scraper; Each scraping area is about 1 square meter; Then use scraper (10mm*10mm) to cut the surface to rack gear shape. Scrape the mixing (about 3mm) on the back of the stones; Then use scraper (3mm*3mm) to cut the surface of the stones to rack gear shape. Finally press the stones on the surface slowly.
Precautions
1, Make sure vertical and horizontal veracity of the surface before working.
2, Dispose redundant macromolecule plaster adhesive before hardening.
3, The floor should be opened to light foot traffic or grout after 24 hours following the process.
4, Don't apply macromolecule adhesive in temperatures above 40 degree or below 5 degree.
5, Don't allow the adhesive to skin. If the adhesive skins remove and dispose of it, then re-apply fresh adhesive.
