Product Description
The PP plant takes Chips as raw material, with continuous Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce PP Staple Fibre. Single plant capacity is 6T. P. D. To 30T. P. D.
A typical PP Equipment Process Flow as following:
Raw Material Feeding System → Screw Extruder → Polymer Filter → Spin Machine (Meter Pump and its Driving System, Spin Pack, Spinneret) → Quenching Unit → Oiling Wall → 1st Draw Stand → Stretching Box → 2nd Draw Stand → Tow Stacker→ Tension Frame → Oil Sprayer → Steam Preheating Box → Crimper → Tow Layer → Relaxer → Tow Tension Stand → Cutter → Tow Conveyor → Baling Press
