Raw material could be:
Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes, such as wood, sawdust, rice husk, bamboo, coconut shell, peanut plants, maize stalks, soybean stalks, cotton stalks, coffee husk etc.
Structures:
It is composed of machine body, knife chipping part, chips re-crushing part and sieving part, ect. It combines both chipping and crush in one machine, besides, it can make sawdust in one passage, no need to use wood chipper for preprocessing of wood logs.
Chassis: Made of channel iron, used to support power and to steady the ground and join contact point of all parts.
Grinding part: Use motor to drive spindle to turn. Driving vane driven vane, contact point and fixture unite into a system to send out products material.
Features:
1 Even crushing function of multi-cavities which is suitable to crush hard material.
2 Reasonable design of leveling plate making the finished material finer and cubic-shaped without internal cracks.
3 Low and big feed opening make the production line easy to arrange and increase the size of feeding material.
4 Hydraulic start-up which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of wear-parts.
5 New anti-abrasive material which prolong service life of impact hammer, impact plate and liner.
The crusher machine is usually used in the production line to make charcoal, the simply production line as follows:
1. Crushing the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Drying the material by the dryer machine or drying it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 12%.
3. Putting the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4. Producing the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5. Carbonized the briquette stick.
The final charcoal can be widely used in warming, cooking, boiler, chemical dustry, purifying etc.
