Overview
I. Equipment overview
DLYY-DH301 Type hydraulic training device, is design, research and develop according to
experimental teaching outline of the national college "hydraulic transmission" for guidance, and
combine with requirements of vocational training and professional further study to the fluid drive.
This training device uses operating board of the open structure, all kinds of hydraulic components
can be flexible install in operation board, connect with hydraulic pressure tube between
components, the quick-change connector of hydraulic hose can make training experiment is fast
and safe. Besides large whole set of components can be chose to upgrade! It has very strong
expansibility and actual exercise, has the following features:

II. Components specification
1. Hydraulic operation station
It consists of aluminum material profile, and can be set up the system according to the different
requirements, so it is easy to change the structure. Ambry that be made of special composite
material is divided into the upper and lower levels, have their own independent lock system. The
every component can be easily to storage.
Work station equipped with loop work board and set oil pan to convenient for cleaning equipment.
Four caster wheel with crack slot in order to move and install. Due to the point and height is
adjustable, convenient for efficient experiment. Panel grooves gap is 25 mm, can easily move all
kinds of components inserted on it.
