Product Description
We "Earth Guard" specializes in wastewater treatment equipment,
dissolved air flotation machine,buried sewage treatment machine,
sludge dehydrating machine,mud scrapers.
General
This system is designed according to characteristics of condensation
polymer reagent that is difficult to dissolve,easy to agglomerate,and
easy to coagulate after long term exposure to air and it solves the problems of using conventional
soluble medicine as artificial feeding wastes manpower and causes the
cured because of imprecise dosage and uneven adding.
This system is an intelligent, automatic, continuous integration of flocculant dissolution of coordination
and administration device, solution is in the range of 0-4000 liters / h, and the concentration is 0.1%-0.5%.
Main features

that saves labor.

3.Solid pharmaceutical prepared by dry powder feeding with accurate
and adjustable dosage that ensures stable reagent ratios.
4.The control box is provided with fault alarm, and it can makean alarm,
automatic manual switch, single machine stop, system
stop according to different situations to ensure the safe operation
of the equipment.
5.The whole equipment using the three sloted overflow typed solution operating system, so that the equipment has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, convenient to install and it is suitable for the process for dissolving and continuous reagent addition.
6.System uses the multi boxes to ensure the thorough dispersion and curing.
Working principles
Dry powder flocculant goes from the screw propeller into the premixer
and premixes with water , then wetted material goes into a mixing tank
for dilution and is prepared according to the requirements of
concentration ;
If the flocculant is liquid, it is directly added in the mixing tank by screw pump. In the process of preparation,
if the water changes, then the flocculant dosing device automatically
follows the change of water flow so as to guarantee the
concentration of the prepared solution unchanged in the whole process
of the work.
Water and solid powder dosage must be adjusted to equal the dosing
pump output ratio, otherwise it can appear shortageof dosage reserve
or overflowing phenomenon of liquid filled.Solutions prepared go from
mixing tank by slaking tank again into the storage tank, and when the
liquid level of storage tank is high, the preparation process stops
automatically,and when the solution down to middle liquid level,
It automatically restarts the blending process. Mixing tank and
curing tank are arranged wirh helical blade stirrer to fully guarantee
the dilution and ageing of flocculant.In addition, the liquid level signal
of storage slot can be used to control the two seecondary dilution and the start and stop of dding process.
