DNZ's reeled low carbon steel wool is continuously shaved and reeled on a 2'' diameter spool. Width of reel is 4'' with different weights of 5 lbs, 10 lbs or 15 lbs. It is a material for you to invest and develop follow-up high-value products. It's also a product and the first choice for following works:
1. Sanding, finish and preparation, planning for wood furniture rough, polishing before painting. Convenient to tear and clip for your special application, it is an ideal family cleaner to remove.
2. Hard dirt in kitchen and toilet, you could use it together with detergents. It is also unique finish and cleaner for garden railings, stone steps and outdoor decorating sculptures.
1. Specification
DNZ supplies 8 common specifications for your choice with other specifications available upon request.
Super Fine #0000: Smooth lacquer, varnish, shellac and polyurethane. Buff furniture and woodwork to a high luster using wax or oil. Cleans precision tools.
Extra Fine #000: Scuff sand between coats to remove imperfections. Remove paint drips and splatters. Remove wax or Polish from fine furniture with soap and water.
Very Fine #00: Polish and restore aluminum, copper, brass and other bright metals. Clean and Polish golf clubs, metal wheels, screens and metal lawn furniture. Repair burn marks on wood or leather. Romove old finishes from antiques and stains from wood floors.
Fine #0: Scour pots, pans, utensils and metal surfaces using non abrasive cleaners. Clean porcelain, tile and grout. Remove rust and protect metal tools using oil. Clean tires using scouring powders or cleaners.
Medium #1: Prepare wood for primary coat and smooth raised grain. Clean copper pipes and fittings. Deg loss painted surfaces before applying coatings. Clean linoleum floors and bowling balls.
Medium Coarse #2: Remove paint from moulding and awkward corners. Etch porcelain and metal surfaces. Remove wax build-up and scuff marks from floors. Clean glass block.
Coarse #3: Remove old paint, varnish, lacquer and shellac. Clean rough metal or stove surfaces. Clean engines and heavy machinery. Tuck into holes, cracks, and openings to control rodents, birds and other pests.
Extra Coarse #4: Remove the most stubborn paint, rust, dirt and varnish. Strip paint and other coatings from exterior woodwork.
2. Packing
5 lbs per reel, 6 reels per case. Or 10 lbs and 15 lbs reels, 3 reels per case.
3. Caution
Keep away from electricity power, wear gloves and glasses in operation.
