Process:
1st Filtration: The 5µm PP cotton cartridge removes impurities, such as iron, sand, microorganism, and colloid sludge.
2nd Filtration: The granular activated carbon cartridge can thoroughly adsorb chemical residues in the water and remove stench, chroma, bleach chlorine, pesticides, and trichloromethane (carcinogen).
3rd Filtration: The bulk activated carbon cartridge can remove most of organic substances.
4th Filtration: The RO Membrane Filtration
5th Filtration: High quality activated carbon is selected for the post-positioned activated carbon cartridge to improve the taste of the output water.
Installation
1. Close the main inlet valve and open the part bag. Take the Teflon from the bag and wind it on the external threads of the 1/4'' inlet ball valve and then connect to the side hole of the inlet Tee. Then apply some Teflon tape on the external threads of the Tee and connect to the reserved G1/2'' tap water pipe connector.
2. As the machine utilizes the membrane separation technology, it will drain off wastewater when used. Drill a small hole (6mm) on the downpipe under the water faucet for inserting the drain-pipe. When finish installation use some silica gel to seal it up to prevent leaking. (Or you can simply catch the drained water with a container for washing. )
3. Drill a small hole (12mm) on an appropriate place, and then install the gooseneck faucet (equipped with the pressure water tank), or the gooseneck faucet can be fastened on the wall by the mounting bracket.
4. Make sure of the place for installation and confirm how many holes to drill for the water pipes. Don't need to drill any holes if the machine and the want tank are placed under the cabinet. If the machine is to be installed on the cabinet but the tank under the cabinet, then drill four holes (6mm) for the inlet pipe, pressured tank pipe, purified water pipe and the drain pipe respectively.
5. Apply some silica gel to seal it up to prevent leaking after connection of the pipe to the hole.
6. Connect the pressured water tank with the ball valve and connect with the 1/4'' connector.
7. Close the 1/4" PE water pipe with the pipe plug. Then connect the water pipe.
