Tank Type Sewage Water Treatment
Process flow:
Tank Type Sewage Water Treatment System:
Consisted of a number of step units, each unit composed of appropriate capacity of the containers and equipment, and followed by the steps of decomposition and separation of biological organisms.
Regulating Reservoir and Grid
The regulating reservoir (External) used to mix thoroughly influent water quality in different time periods.
A fine grid in the inlet used for separating particulate impurities.
Hydrolytic Acidification Tank
Hydrolysis acidification is the first step of biodegradation, completed by microbial in the hydrolysis acidification tank. In this step, organic molecules are decomposed into smaller organic molecules.
Membrane Bioreactor
With aerobic decomposition and membrane separation function
Aerobic decomposition:Completed the two partitions of the aeration tank, small organic molecules are completely decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, and ammonia are fully removed.
Membrane separation:After the microbial decomposition, it needs to be separated from water and to produce clean water. This part is accomplished by means of ultra-filtration (UF) membrane.
Produced Water Tank
This part is used as a membrane backwash reservoir and for disinfection.
