1.Overview

DLJXS-401 four-joint robot training system is developed for teaching, research, learning of robotic integrated training system. The device consists of aluminum alloy training platform, Mitsubishi robots, PLC controllers, electrical and pneumatic devices and other components. Flexible combination, installation and commissioning on the equipment as required..
2.System function
The modular control system composed by PLC unit, pneumatic unit, Mitsubishi robot and various sensors and other components.PLC is the master control unit of the device, which equivalent to the human brain to control every action of execute parts, the robot unit and cylinder gas finger is execute parts of the device, equivalent to human limbs, to execute every command from the master control unit. The sensors like the human eyes,identify the sensor signal and sends it to brain for analysis.
