Product Description
Main Application and Features
The grinder is mainly used in metallurgy, rubber, paper-making and printing & dyeing industry, for grinding the working rolls and supporting rolls of various rolling mills and for grinding metal, or non-metal pressing rolls of various pressing machines. In addition, it can also be used as a cylindrical grinder for grinding long tube-shaped, and long shaft-kind parts.
It is designed that its worktable can reciprocate in longitudinal direction, the wheelhead can travel across, the wheel spindle rotating and its eccentric rotating are supported by hydro-static pressure bearings. The machine has the convex (concave) mechanism, provided for the wheelhead.
Siemens 840D CNC system is used for controlling the worktable longitudinal feed, wheelhead cross feed and convex (concave) mechanism working, resulting in 3 axes, motion with its 2 axes coordinated. The motion is performed by servo A. C. Motor and ball screw. Auto feed and auto compensation can be realized by CNC system.
