For the rubber reclaim sheet line,there are three stage as follows:

1)rubber powder line
？
If you want to get rubber powder line from waste tire,you need buy these machines.also you can choose buy rubber powder from
others directly.
the rubber powder line insisit ring cutter,strip cutter,block cutter and press loop machine.after get rubber block from the block cutter,you can get 3-5cm rubber block,and then put them into the rubber crusher (rubber powder line),and then get 30mesh rubber powder.
2)vulcanizing
for the devulcanizer,there are three heating system.oil heating ,steam heating,and electric heating.also for the vulumn there are
4m3,6m3 and 8m3.you'd better choose 4m3 or 6m3.because use that machine can get the good quality products.
3)rubber refining？ machine
for the third stage,you need put the rubber powder after mxing in the devulnizer,put tin the rubber mixing mill or rubber strainer machine,and then put in the rubber refining machine,get the rubber recalim sheet.
for rubber mixing mill,strainer,and refining machine,we have many types.you can choose according to your output requirement.
we sugest you use XKJ-480 rubber reifning machine,which is？ a new type,it is very welcomed in india,and most of our india customers choose that type.
