Product Description
1. EN877 is the European standard which difine the materials, dimensions, coatings etc. of gray cast iron pipes and fittings which can be used for non-pressure and pressure pipe lines-of building drainage system as well as connecting drains. Our pipes and fittings comply with the standard and surpassed the standard of DIN 19522, ISO6594
2. Material features of the pipes and fittings
the pipe and fitting is manufactured from gray cast iron which means an iron and carbon alloy with high graphite content is existing in lamella form and finely distributed within the metallic base compound so that the materials is having the proformance of high strength, wear and temperature resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, very high damping capacity, and this make the pipes and fittings durability, fire resistance, silent operation-even without special insulation or sound proofing.
3. SML Coating
For the pipes, the outside surface are coated with a reddish brown base coating, the inside surface are coated with a permanent cross-linked epoxy resin coating which highly resists against chemical and machanical influences.
For the fitting, we have two coatings: high quality cross-linked epoxy resin paints dip baking coating on outside and inside; epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying coating on the outside and inside surface.
4. All of our pipes and fittings has passed the test of Resistance to Temperature Cycling of Internal Coating for Cast Iron Pipes and Fittings[BS EN877:1999+A1:2006 Clause 5.7.2.7]
