Product Description
Main Application and Structure features
This machine can grind the rectangular spline shafts, the spline flanks of spline broaches, or the bottom-cylindrical surface of the spline, suitable for automobile, tractor, machinery, and tool manufacturing industry, as well as the common repair workshops.
The worktable long travel can be carried out by hydraulic at infinitely variable speed, or manually.
The workhead adopts hyd. Indexing, which includes auto. Indexing and jogging indexing.
The wheel has three speeds, which can be realized by changing the belt-pulley.
Vertical feed is carried out by manual operation, besides, it is also provided with the given amount micro-feed lever.
Wheel rotating, hydraulic drive and coolant supply are respectively realized by their individual motors.
