Features:
The machine is used to grind the spindle shaft whose section is rectangle or triangle by means of minor diameter centering
1.Table speed is steplessly varied from 1 to 12 meters per min. by a hydraulic system
2.Work indexing is driven by motor so the indexing is fast and smooth
3.Positioning is effected by a indexing plate. No relative movement and impact for surface to be positioned
4.Wheel spindle rests on six radial thrust ball bearings, of which four in the front of the spindle and two in the rear. AC frequency conversion speed adjustment
is used for wheel spindle to get high precision, fine rigidity and easy speed change
5.It is equipped with a rapid approach& withdrawal device for wheelstock
6.Equipped with both powered dresser and manual one, with angle align stand and cricular align one. This machine can dress the end faces and the periphery
surface at the same time or seperately
