Applicable scope
Apply to tube diameter from16mm-300mm, for tube-pipe, tube-elbow, tube-flanges, tube-Plug, etc. Welding materials contain carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. Used filling wire or not filling wire butt welding.
Function and characteristics
1. Welding head have five specifications, according to dimensional condition and product range can choose one or several specifications of the nose;
2. Suitable for various kinds of pipe-pipe joint and various groove form;
3. Wire unit according to working environment different, can adopt built-in wire or external wire;
4. Welding head main components are used aviation materials, light weight, structural stability, and high temperature no deformation;
5. Drive and wire feed adopts stepping motor, make nose operate reliable.
6. Nose equipped with balancer, operation convenience, reduction of labor intensity;
7. Adopt PLC control system and LCD touch human-machine interface, can be stored up to 100 groups of welding standard, each group of welding scope can divide 1~12 section, input is simple, and not need professional basis and special language;
8. Used Panasonic IGBT inverter control DC pulse power, guarantee high welding efficiency and strong arc stability, Weld bead molding beautiful;
9. Welding torch using forced water cooling, can keep long-term work;
10. Nose (except of KHGK16-40A) can choose the arc length automatic adjustment and yawing device. According to different requirements yawing can be used mechanical swing and magnetic pendulum;
11. Mandatory water cooling system, equipped with 16 liters stainless steel tank, not affected by field water hydraulic conditions limits, cooling fully, reliable convenient;
12. Cars type integration design, mobile freedom, equipped with small toolbox and argon gas bottle seat, and also can receive head to the car, ensure equipment security storage when it no used.
